Hi, I’m Emma, the artist behind Aries Art SF and Painting & Vino SF.

I was born and raised in San Mateo, and art has pretty much always been a huge part of my life. I started working in paint-and-sip when I was 13, and honestly, I don’t think I realized at the time how much that would shape my life. Over the years, I’ve done everything from painting and markets to makeup artistry, teaching classes, and running around the Bay Area with way too many bins of art supplies in my car.

Aries Art SF is my personal art brand. It started as a way to share my own artwork, and it has grown into originals, prints, apparel, bookmarks, coasters, pet portraits, custom commissions, and all the fun little things I love creating. A lot of my work is inspired by pets, pop culture, Bay Area views, nature, city life, and honestly whatever makes me excited to pick up a brush.

I also own and run Painting & Vino SF, which is our mobile paint-and-sip business here in the Bay Area. We host public classes, private parties, corporate events, fundraisers, Paint Your Pet nights, and all kinds of creative experiences at homes, offices, and some of the coolest venues around.

One of my favorite parts of this business is getting to work with so many amazing local venues. We host events at breweries, restaurants, taprooms, hotels, and community spaces all over the Bay Area. Every venue has its own vibe, and I love being able to bring people together somewhere fun where they can grab a drink, hang out, paint, laugh, and leave with something they made themselves.

You can also find Aries Art SF at local markets and pop-ups throughout the Bay Area. Markets are such a big part of my business because I get to meet people face-to-face, show new pieces, talk about custom ideas, and see what people connect with in real life. It is one of my favorite ways to share my art outside of the studio and classes.

At the end of the day, everything I do comes back to making art feel fun, personal, and welcoming. You do not have to be an artist to come to a class, buy a piece, book an event, or try something creative. I want people to feel comfortable, inspired, and proud of what they make.
